FAQs
How much does it cost per week?
Weekly payments start from just £10 per week, depending on the flooring you choose and the size of your room. Most customers pay between £15 and £50 per week – your rep will give you an exact figure on the day based on what you’ve fallen in love with. Payments are spread over 36 weeks, interest free, with up to £1,500 credit available.
Is there a credit check?
No credit check, ever. We don’t believe your credit history should stop you from having a home you’re proud of.
We do ask for a simple proof of income – this can be a recent payslip, benefits statement or any document showing your regular income. This just helps us make sure the weekly payments are affordable and manageable for you.
Can I get pay weekly flooring on Universal Credit or benefits?
Absolutely. We work with customers on Universal Credit, PIP, ESA, and all other benefits – no judgement, no awkward questions.
As long as you can comfortably afford the weekly payments, we can help. We just ask for a recent benefits statement as proof of income to make sure everything is affordable for you.
How many rooms can I do?
With up to £1,500 credit available, most customers can do between 1 and 3 rooms in one go.
It all depends on the flooring you choose and the size of your rooms. Your rep will work out exactly what’s possible on the day based on your proof of income and what you’d like done.
What areas do you cover?
We currently cover selected areas across Scotland, the North East of England, the Midlands, and Yorkshire and Manchester. We’re growing all the time so if you’re not sure whether we cover your area, just fill in your details and we’ll let you know straight away – it only takes 30 seconds and there’s no obligation.
How long does the home visit take?
Most home visits take between 30 minutes and an hour — there’s no rushing, we work at your pace. Your rep will start by having a chat about what you’re looking for, then help you browse through 100+ styles to find your perfect match. If you decide to go ahead, they’ll measure up your rooms and get everything sorted on the spot – ID, payment details and all the paperwork. You could have your new flooring ordered and a plan in place all in one visit.
What if I miss a payment?
We understand that life doesn’t always go to plan. If you miss a payment, the most important thing is to get in touch with us as soon as possible — we’re always happy to work with you to find a solution. You can call us on 0800 246 1556 and we’ll do our best to help.
We always try to work with our customers first before taking any further action. If payments remain outstanding after a period of time we may need to refer your account to a debt collection agency, but this is always a last resort and we’ll do everything we can to avoid it getting to that stage.
How long does fitting take?
Most fittings take around half a day, though this can vary depending on how many rooms you’re having done and the type of flooring chosen. Your fitter will be able to give you a better idea of timing when your fitting date is confirmed.
We’d recommend keeping the morning or afternoon free just to be safe and make sure your rooms are cleared and ready to go so everything runs as smoothly as possible.
