Full Terms and Conditions

  1. The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over only. Employees of My Dream Flooring Ltd and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
  2. The promotion is operated by My Dream Flooring Ltd (trading as My Dream Flooring and Let’s Pay Weekly), Whitestone Business Park, Saltwells Road, Middlesbrough, TS4 2ED.
  3. To enter, book a free home visit with My Dream Flooring Ltd between 12th June 2026 and 14th July 2026 inclusive. One entry per person regardless of the number of bookings made.
  4. No purchase is necessary to enter. Booking a free home visit constitutes entry into the prize draw.
  5. The prize draw will close at 23:59 on 14th July 2026. Entries received after this time will not be eligible.
  6. Two winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries on 15th July 2026. Winners will be selected by a verifiably random process. *
  7. Prize 1: One Polaroid Roku 55″ Smart TV approximate retail value £250. Prize 2: One Ninja Woodfire BBQ Grill approximate retail value £250. Total prize fund approximately £500.
  8. Winners will be notified by phone or email within 24 hours of the draw on 15th July 2026. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 48 hours of notification, My Dream Flooring Ltd reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.
  9. The Polaroid Roku 55″ Smart TV winner will be contacted by 15th July 2026 to arrange delivery. My Dream Flooring Ltd will endeavour to deliver the TV prior to the World Cup Final on 19th July 2026 subject to availability and courier schedules. Delivery cannot be guaranteed before 19th July 2026.
  10. Prizes are non-transferable. There is no cash alternative to any prize stated.
  11. My Dream Flooring Ltd reserves the right to substitute any prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value without prior notice.
  12. Winners may be asked to participate in post-draw publicity including social media posts and photography. Participation is entirely optional and refusal will not affect prize entitlement.
  13. The prize draw is not open to entries made through agents, third parties or automated entries.
  14. My Dream Flooring Ltd reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entries and to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions.
  15. My Dream Flooring Ltd reserves the right to cancel, amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
  16. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by Meta Platforms, Facebook or Instagram.
  17. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Spin the Wheel Deposit Discount — Full Terms and Conditions

The spin the wheel deposit discount promotion is operated by My Dream Flooring Ltd (trading as My Dream Flooring and Let’s Pay Weekly), Whitestone Business Park, Saltwells Road, Middlesbrough, TS4 2ED.
The promotion is available to customers of My Dream Flooring Ltd who book a free home visit appointment on or before 14th July 2026.
The spin the wheel opportunity is presented by the customer’s designated My Dream Flooring Ltd representative at the time of the home visit appointment. It cannot be claimed at any other time, online, by phone or retrospectively.
There is no expiry on the spin the wheel opportunity for customers who have booked their home visit on or before 14th July 2026. The discount will be applied at the time of the home visit appointment regardless of when that appointment takes place.
The available discount values are £10 or £20 off the standard deposit payment. The amount awarded is determined solely by the outcome of the prize wheel spin and is final. No alternative amount will be offered.
The discount applies to one room only per order. On multiple room orders the discount applies to one room only — that room’s deposit will be reduced by the spun amount and all additional rooms will be charged at the standard £40 deposit each.
The discount applies to the deposit payment only. All subsequent weekly payments remain as quoted at the time of order and are unaffected by the deposit discount.
The spin the wheel opportunity is available once per customer per order. It cannot be repeated, respun or transferred to another person or order.
The deposit discount cannot be combined with any other promotional offer or discount running concurrently unless expressly agreed in writing by My Dream Flooring Ltd.
The promotion is subject to survey and availability. My Dream Flooring Ltd reserves the right to decline an order where a survey determines the property is unsuitable for the requested flooring product.
My Dream Flooring Ltd reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion at any time without prior notice.
This promotion has no cash alternative and is non-transferable.

Refer a Friend Scheme

The promoter of the Refer a Friend Scheme (the “Scheme”) is My Dream Floor Ltd, hereafter referred to as My Dream Flooring, registered in England and Wales under company number 14964222, with its registered office at Whitestone Business Park, Saltwells Road, Middlesbrough, North Yorkshire, England, TS4 2ED. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. These Terms govern the Scheme.

  1. This Scheme is open to new and existing My Dream Flooring customers.
  2. You will receive a £10 discount on your My Dream Flooring account for every successful referral.
  3. A successful referral is defined as:
    • The referred friend signing up with My Dream Flooring.
    • The referred friend maintaining their account in good standing and not canceling.
  4. Discounts will only be applied to the referrer’s payment plan after the referred customer has made their first qualifying payment.
  5. There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make—refer as many friends as you like for multiple discounts!
  6. Referred friends must place a minimum order of £350 to qualify.
  7. This Scheme is only valid for flooring products. Fitting costs and additional services are excluded.
  8. Referrals cannot be made retrospectively, and rewards are non-transferable.
  9. Referrers must maintain an excellent payment history on their My Dream Flooring account to remain eligible for the Scheme.
  10. My Dream Flooring reserves the right to withdraw or modify this Scheme at any time without prior notice.
  11. Orders that are canceled during the Satisfaction Period or are otherwise disconnected will not count as qualifying referrals.
  12. This Scheme is open to UK residents aged 18 or over only.

Blue Light Discount

The promoter of the blue light discount scheme (the “Scheme”) is My Dream Floor Ltd after this referred to as My Dream Flooring registered in England and Wales under company number 14964222 and with registered office at Whitestone Business Park, Saltwells Road, Middlesborough, North Yorkshire, England, TS4 2ED. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. These Terms govern the Scheme.

  1. This offer may be withdrawn at any time.
  2. After a qualifying purchase has taken place, a discount is applied to the end of your My Dream Flooring Account as outlined on your agreement.
  3. My Dream Flooring reserve the right to withdraw this offer if regular payments on the account are not met.
  4. The minimum order value to qualify for this promotion is £350.
  5. Discount is only available on flooring products, fitting is not included in this promotion.
  6. Open to UK residents aged 16 or over.
  7. A valid Blue Light Card ID in the name of the customer listed on the order must be presented on the day of the sale to the sales rep and the details of which will be recorded for administration purposes.
  8. Cannot be claimed retrospectively.

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. These Terms govern the Scheme.

  1. This offer may be withdrawn at any time.
  2. After a qualifying purchase has taken place, a discount is applied to your My Dream Flooring Account as outlined in your agreement.
  3. My Dream Flooring reserve the right to withdraw this offer if regular payments on the account are not met.
  4. The minimum order value to qualify for this promotion is £350.

If you have agreed to being contacted, you will receive a message on your given birthday, offering you the discount on a future purchase reference the terms below. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. These Terms govern the Scheme.

  1. This offer may be withdrawn at any time.
  2. After a qualifying purchase has taken place, a £10 payment discount is applied to your My Dream Flooring Account.
  3. My Dream Flooring reserve the right to withdraw this offer if regular payments on the account are not met.

  6. Open to UK residents aged 16 or over.
  7. You must tell the rep at the time of the sale that you have a qualifying message offering you the discount. The discount must be used within 30 days of the customers birthday. 
  8. The rep must take a photograph of the message displayed on your device in order to qualify. 
  9. Cannot be claimed retrospectively.

  11. Orders that are cancelled or otherwise disconnected during the Satisfaction Period are not Qualifying Purchases.
  12. The discount is taken from the end of the payment plan.

Back to School Promotion – Terms & Conditions

Promotion Period:
This promotion runs from 1st September to 30th September 2025.

1.⁠ ⁠Half Price Deposits

A minimum deposit of £20 is required for the first room.

Any additional rooms will require the standard deposit of £40.

Discount must be applied at the time of sale by showing the promotional advert to the sales representative.

Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively once the contract is signed.

2.⁠ ⁠Daily Product Offer

This offer may be withdrawn at any time.

After a qualifying purchase has taken place, the discount is applied to the customer’s My Dream Flooring Account, as outlined in the agreement.

Eligibility conditions:

Minimum order value: £350.

Discount is available only on flooring products (fitting is excluded).

Open to UK residents aged 16 or over.

Customers must provide a valid discount code to the sales representative at the time of sale. Discounts cannot be claimed retrospectively.

My Dream Flooring reserves the right to withdraw the offer if regular payments on the account are not met.

My Dream Flooring reserves the right to modify or withdraw this promotion, or these Terms & Conditions, at any time.

Orders that are cancelled or otherwise disconnected during the Satisfaction Period do not qualify for this promotion.
