Non-Refundable Deposit Clause

Deposit Amount: Upon signing the sale/credit agreement, the Customer shall pay a deposit of £40 or 8% (whichever is higher) of the full sale value (the “Deposit” as outlined in section 7 of the terms and conditions) to My Dream Floor Ltd.

Non-Refundable Nature: The Customer acknowledges and agrees that the Deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where the Customer decides to cancel the order, fails to complete the purchase, or any other reason.

Consideration: The Customer understands that the Deposit is taken as part of the consideration for My Dream Floor Ltd reserving the product/service and preparing to fulfil the order.

Acknowledgment: By signing this agreement, the Customer acknowledges having read and understood the terms of this Non-Refundable Deposit Clause, and confirms their acceptance of these terms.
