Is this a credit check?
No. We never run credit checks, approval is based purely on affordability, a quick look at income and outgoings, not your credit history or score.
How much deposit do I need to pay?
Just £40 per room to get started. Fitting is booked in once 20% of the total plan cost is paid, a lower threshold than most other providers ask for.
What if the real affordability check comes back different to the calculator's guide figure?
The calculator gives you a quick, honest guide, your actual figure is confirmed at your free home visit. Most people find it's in the same ballpark, and there's always a real conversation about options either way.
How long does fitting take once I've booked?
Typically 4-6 weeks from your measure-up, sometimes sooner if a cancellation slot opens up.
Can I mix different flooring types across rooms?
Yes, absolutely. The calculator shows one material at a time to keep things simple, but mixing carpet, vinyl, and laminate room to room is no problem, we'll sort the exact combination at your measure-up.
