Refer a Friend Scheme

The promoter of the Refer a Friend Scheme (the “Scheme”) is My Dream Floor Ltd, hereafter referred to as My Dream Flooring, registered in England and Wales under company number 14964222, with its registered office at Whitestone Business Park, Saltwells Road, Middlesbrough, North Yorkshire, England, TS4 2ED. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. These Terms govern the Scheme.

  1. This Scheme is open to new and existing My Dream Flooring customers.
  2. You will receive a £10 discount on your My Dream Flooring account for every successful referral.
  3. A successful referral is defined as:
    • The referred friend signing up with My Dream Flooring.
    • The referred friend maintaining their account in good standing and not canceling.
  4. Discounts will only be applied to the referrer’s payment plan after the referred customer has made their first qualifying payment.
  5. There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make—refer as many friends as you like for multiple discounts!
  6. Referred friends must place a minimum order of £350 to qualify.
  7. This Scheme is only valid for flooring products. Fitting costs and additional services are excluded.
  8. Referrals cannot be made retrospectively, and rewards are non-transferable.
  9. Referrers must maintain an excellent payment history on their My Dream Flooring account to remain eligible for the Scheme.
  10. My Dream Flooring reserves the right to withdraw or modify this Scheme at any time without prior notice.
  11. Orders that are canceled during the Satisfaction Period or are otherwise disconnected will not count as qualifying referrals.
  12. This Scheme is open to UK residents aged 18 or over only.

Blue Light Discount

The promoter of the blue light discount scheme (the “Scheme”) is My Dream Floor Ltd after this referred to as My Dream Flooring registered in England and Wales under company number 14964222 and with registered office at Whitestone Business Park, Saltwells Road, Middlesborough, North Yorkshire, England, TS4 2ED. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. These Terms govern the Scheme.

  1. This offer may be withdrawn at any time.
  2. After a qualifying purchase has taken place, a discount is applied to the end of your My Dream Flooring Account as outlined on your agreement.
  3. My Dream Flooring reserve the right to withdraw this offer if regular payments on the account are not met.
  4. The minimum order value to qualify for this promotion is £350.
  5. Discount is only available on flooring products, fitting is not included in this promotion.
  6. Open to UK residents aged 16 or over.
  7. A valid Blue Light Card ID in the name of the customer listed on the order must be presented on the day of the sale to the sales rep and the details of which will be recorded for administration purposes.
  8. Cannot be claimed retrospectively.
  9. My Dream Flooring reserves the right to modify this promotion or the T&Cs at any time.
  10. Orders that are cancelled or otherwise disconnected during the Satisfaction Period are not Qualifying Purchases.

Military Discount

The promoter of the Military discount scheme (the “Scheme”) is My Dream Floor Ltd registered in England and Wales under company number 14964222 and with registered office at Whitestone Business Park, Saltwells Road, Middlesborough, North Yorkshire, England, TS4 2ED. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. These Terms govern the Scheme.

  1. This offer may be withdrawn at any time.
  2. After a qualifying purchase has taken place, a discount is applied to your My Dream Flooring Account as outlined in your agreement.
  3. My Dream Flooring reserve the right to withdraw this offer if regular payments on the account are not met.
  4. The minimum order value to qualify for this promotion is £350.
  5. Discount is only available on flooring products, fitting is not included in this promotion.
  6. Open to UK residents aged 16 or over.
  7. A valid Military ID Card in the name of the customer listed on the order must be presented on the day of the sale to the sales rep.
  8. Cannot be claimed retrospectively.

Birthday Discount

The promoter of the Birthday discount scheme (the “Scheme”) is My Dream Floor Ltd registered in England and Wales under company number 14964222 and with registered office at Whitestone Business Park, Saltwells Road, Middlesborough, North Yorkshire, England, TS4 2ED. If you have agreed to being contacted, you will receive a message on your given birthday, offering you the discount on a future purchase reference the terms below. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. These Terms govern the Scheme.

  1. This offer may be withdrawn at any time.
  2. After a qualifying purchase has taken place, a £10 payment discount is applied to your My Dream Flooring Account.
  3. My Dream Flooring reserve the right to withdraw this offer if regular payments on the account are not met.
  4. The minimum order value to qualify for this promotion is £350.
  5. Discount is only available on flooring products, fitting is not included in this promotion.
  6. Open to UK residents aged 16 or over.
  7. You must tell the rep at the time of the sale that you have a qualifying message offering you the discount. The discount must be used within 30 days of the customers birthday. 
  8. The rep must take a photograph of the message displayed on your device in order to qualify. 
  9. Cannot be claimed retrospectively.
  10. My Dream Flooring reserves the right to modify this promotion or the T&Cs at any time.
  11. Orders that are cancelled or otherwise disconnected during the Satisfaction Period are not Qualifying Purchases.
  12. The discount is taken from the end of the payment plan.

Free Vinyl Promotion (Ends 31.10.2024)

The promoter of the Free Vinyl Promotion (the “Promotion”) is My Dream Floor Ltd registered in England and Wales under company number 14964222 and with registered office at Whitestone Business Park, Saltwells Road, Middlesborough, North Yorkshire, England, TS4 2ED. If you are invited to take part in the promotion, you will need to add this promotion to the sale contract. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. These Terms govern the Promotion.

  1. This offer may be withdrawn at any time.
  2. The minimum order value to take part in the promotion is £350.
  3. Open to UK residents over the age of 18.
  4. The promotion is subject to stock availability and no cash alternative is offered.
  5. My Dream Flooring reserves the right to modify this promotion or the T&Cs at any time.
  6. You must tell the rep at the time of the sale that you have a qualifying message offering you the promotion.
  7. Can not be claimed retrospectively.
  8. A free vinyl is offered for a bathroom, or w/c only up to a maximum size of up to 7 square metres and this room will be agreed when the rep attends to measure the premises as part of the main qualifying sale.
  9. This promotion is for the supply only, fitting is NOT included in this promotion.
  10. The free flooring will NOT be supplied at the same time as the main flooring but will be dependant on all payments in the agreement contract, both amounts and frequency to be kept and paid on time. It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that the account is up to date.
  11. The choice of flooring will be dependant on stock availability at the time. A choice will be offered where more than one style and colour are available in the size required. That choice will be via email or electronic message, please note that colours may differ slightly.
  12. No claim can be made under this offer for any sale that has been cancelled.
  13. The management decision is final.

Black Friday Offer (22-29 November 2024)

To qualify for our Black Friday offer, customers must maintain a good payment history throughout their agreement period. New customers can use code BF24 from November 22nd to 29th to enjoy a free weekly payment, while existing customers are eligible for a weekly payment on us by submitting proof of reviews on Trustpilot and Facebook (Customers have to let us know so we can note their account).

12 Days of My Dream Christmas (9th-20th December 2024)

  1. Campaign Overview:

    • This promotion is open from December 9th to December 20th, 2024, as part of our 12 Days of My Dream Christmas campaign.

  2. Eligibility:

    • The campaign & prizes is open to customers and followers who reside in the areas we cover. To check if your location is included, please view our coverage areas (here: https://mydreamflooring.co.uk/faqs/).
    • Prizes are delivery-only. If fitting is required, this will be at an additional cost to the customer.

  3. Prize Fulfillment:

    • All prizes will be arranged once our office reopens on Thursday, January 2nd, 2025.

  4. Entry Requirements:

    • To enter, participants must follow all rules outlined on the specific day’s post, such as:
      • Following our social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
      • Liking the post for that day.
      • Tagging friends (each tag counts as one entry).
    • Entries are valid only for the day the prize is announced.

  5. Winning Limitations:

    • Participants may enter daily giveaways during the 12-day campaign. However, once a participant wins, they are no longer eligible to win additional prizes during the campaign.

    • For winners selecting free flooring as their prize, the following room size limitations apply:

      • Small Room: Maximum dimensions of 1.5m x 3m
      • Medium Room: Maximum dimensions of 3m x 4m
      • Large Room: Maximum dimensions of 4.5m x 5m

      These limitations ensure fairness and consistency across all winners. If you have any questions regarding the size eligibility, feel free to contact us for clarification.

  6. Notification & Claim:

    • Winners will be announced daily on Facebook Live at 8:00 PM.
    • Winners must contact us to claim their prize.

  7. General Terms:

    • My Dream Flooring reserves the right to substitute any prize with an equivalent alternative if required.
    • Any disputes or discrepancies will be addressed in accordance with the company’s discretion.

  8. Fitting Terms:

    • If a customer opts for fitting services, these will incur an extra charge, which must be agreed upon prior to scheduling.

  9. Data Protection:

    • By entering, participants agree to have their name and entry details used for promotional purposes related to the campaign.

  10. Office Closures:

    • Our office is closed from Friday, December 20th, 2024, to Wednesday, January 1st, 2025.
    • Any queries or prize arrangements will be addressed starting Thursday, January 2nd, 2025.

Half Price Deposits (January 2025 Only)

This January, we are delighted to offer a 50% discount on deposits for all flooring orders booked during this month. Start the year off right with fresh, beautiful flooring for your home.

Details of the Offer:

  • The half-price deposit applies to orders for single rooms scheduled for installation in 2025.
  • A deposit of £20 is required for the first room. Any additional rooms will require the standard deposit of £40.
