Refer a friend scheme terms and conditions

The promoter of this refer-a-friend scheme (the “Scheme”) is My Dream Floor Ltd (hereafter “My Dream Flooring”) registered in England and Wales. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. These Terms govern the Scheme and apply to both Referrers and Friends (both as described below).

How to take part

  1. Any individual can participate by making a qualifying order. Upon completion of the sale and satisfactory agreement, an individual will become a referrer (“Referrer”) and will be given a unique code send via SMS to the mobile phone number they provided during the sale process (“Referral Link”) to share with friends and family who are not already My Dream Flooring customers (“Friends”) and who are happy to receive the link.
  2. In order to benefit from this Scheme, Friends must use the Referral Link to register their details and make a Qualifying Purchase (as described below).

Who can participate

  1. My Dream Flooring employees or their family cannot take part in this Scheme.
  2. This Scheme is not applicable when the Friend is, or has at some previous time, been a customer with My Dream Flooring.

Qualifying Purchases

  1. A “Qualifying Purchase” is the order of any flooring from My Dream Flooring.
  2. Purchases made via third party sellers are not Qualifying Purchases.
  3. Orders that are cancelled or otherwise disconnected during the Satisfaction Period are not Qualifying Purchases.
    Rewards
  4. If you are eligible for a Reward under this Scheme (either as a Referrer or a Friend), My Dream Flooring will send you an email and or text message (the “Reward”) with details on how to redeem your Reward described in clause 10 below. 
  5. The “Reward” will be £10 off the purchase plan for the friend and £10 off the current purchase plan for the referrer to a maximum of £50. All rewards will be credited to the end of the payment plan.
  6. Rewards may be subject to availability and/or reward links may be active only for a limited period as stated in the Reward Email .
  7. Unless set out otherwise, you must use the link within the Reward message to claim your Reward.
  8. It is your responsibility to check the terms and conditions for using the Reward (including its expiry date) – these will be sent to you with the Reward .
  9. The Reward Email should be kept securely – My Dream Flooring is under no obligation to replace it if you lose or delete the email.
  10. You cannot recommend yourself or anyone else at your address.
  11. Referrals are limited to a maximum of 5 per sale under this Scheme. If you’d like to refer more Friends, this is permitted but the referrer will only be credited with a maximum of 5 transactions (£50)
  12. This Scheme cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer .
  13. Personal data supplied during the course of this Promotion will only be processed as set out in My Dream Floorings Privacy Policy.
  14. Referral rewards are variable. My Dream Flooring reserves the right to terminate, suspend, cancel or amend the Scheme and/or review and revise these Terms at any time without giving prior notice. Any changes to these Terms will be published on My Dream Flooring’s website.
  15. My Dream Flooring will withhold Rewards if it reasonably suspects fraudulent activity. All decisions made by My Dream Flooring are final.
  16. The allocation of rewards for the referrer is reliant on a good payment record. Late or cancelled payments may forfeit the referrers participation to the scheme.
  17. My Dream Flooring reserves the right to refuse to apply this Scheme and/or to send a Reward to anyone in breach of these Terms or where their Hyperoptic account is in arrears.
  18. The Scheme is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Gmail, Whatsapp, or Twitter or Facebook or any other form of social media message service. By entering this Scheme, you are providing information to My Dream Flooring and not to Gmail, Whatsapp ,or Twitter, or Facebook or other message service and agree to release Gmail, Whatsapp, Twitter and Facebook from any liability associated with the Scheme .
  19. My Dream Flooring’s services, under this Scheme or otherwise, are only available at premises which are already covered by My Dream Flooring’s network.
  20. These Terms are governed by English law and you agree to the jurisdiction of the English courts
